Obviously, I have no intention of doing that. But to not see that you're surrounded by people with more nuanced opinions than your own, and it might make this divorce messy, seems typical of "conservative" strategic thinking skills.

I'm asking which version of the Constitution you're going to bring over, genius. The original one, which conservatives are super infatuated with, or one that's been amended? If you say the one that's been amended, how is it going to be any different than what we have now? How do we not end up right back where we are in 30 years?
But most of all, what will the new Constitution say about political parties? Since the gist of this board's butthurt seems to stem from the "evil, Marxist liberals," does the new Constitution have a new amendment that will specifically forbid certain thoughts? How can that be while maintaining our amendments?

That's kind of how everyone you're arguing with feels too, just in a different way. This is not the same America that I was born in or served for. The Marxists/democrats want to make this the USSA and they control every single important aspect of daily life to make it happen. They control all branches of fed government, the military, big tech, the mainstream media, education, entertainment, and corporations.
There is no reversing this trend. This is no longer a pendulum; the pendulum is broken and is never coming back to our side. The only ways to save America are civil war and divorce. I'd rather divorce than war because war is hell.
