Wait that’s up by the workforce commission offices. It’s not necessarily a war zone, but the neighborhoods that support brew-pubs and restaurants are still more than a few blocks to the south and/or the west. And there are some really bad neighborhoods not far to the east and north.
It’s in a sort of of an empty, isolated neighborhood there in between Spanish Town, I-110, and mid city.
A brewery similar to Tim Roof could still work. But it might be a while before the property and neighborhood is ready for a restaurant or pub.
