That looks like the place we stayed in Zimbabwe. They had warthogs just roaming all over the grounds but I never got that close. They did their thing and we did ours.

I don't think a warthog with a wagging tail is necessarily a good sign.

Wagging as a sign of happiness I think is pretty unique to dogs and wolves. In other species it tends to be a threat.
