I think ours was even smaller than that, but I haven't received the full quote yet to do an apples-to-apples comparison. On average, each employee went up 7.5%, but since we're small part of that increase is the age based increase because everyone is 1 year older.

Last year's plan was about a 4% increase when you compare the same age to itself.
