Who is more stubborn and arrogant? Haslett for refusing to play Jake when Brooks was hurt, or Payton refusing to put Deuce in the game?

I say it's a draw, but Payton still has time to take the lead.

I agree. That Delhomme cat won't be in this league very long.

I give it to Payton... Back to back losses for the same reason... I can't believe coach's stubborness at times

"I wasn't hurt, Payton just didn't want me making my bonuses." Joe Horn

"I have been 100% since the preseason. I have no idea why I'm not playing." Mike McKenzie

Meanwhile, Deuce, who we've all seen run effectively in both preseason and against Washington is dressed and sitting on the sideline.

Pattern?

I drew this comparison yesterday. eerily similiar. I think Haslett was worse.

I don't think Payton is arrogant, but stubborn? YES....
And for the life of me I can't figure out why. I guess thats why he's the coach and I'm not..

I think the crowd at the Dome on Sunday needs to get a "we want Deuce" chant going just as it did a few years back when the loudest cheer in the Dome was the "we want Jake" cheer.
