But why tho? Studies show that 90% of trout stay within their home estuary throughout their lifecycle. We have four distinct estuaries in the state, Calcasieu, Vermillion Bay, Dulac to GI and then SELA. Its dumb to think that fish act the same in all of them and they should have the same regulations.

Fished Vermilion Bay lately? Why is it even considered an estuary? 90% of trout fishing attempts there suck.
