How the QB controversy ended at LSU

... from the 2023 autobiography 'Just Lucky I Guess' by Les Miles with Carl Dubois :
EDITORS NOTE :
Andrew Hatch handled his duties as LSU's backup QB until he graduated early
and left for Harvard Business School. He became a Wall Street legend and is
now one of the wealthiest members of the LDS church. He and Gary Crowton
coach peewee football in Utah for the pure pleasure of it.
Jarrett Lee won 2 Super Bowls with the Houston Texans and is projected as a
lock for the NFL Hall of Fame when he becomes eligible in 2026.
quote:
"Yes things turned out for the best in that Auburn game - when Jarrett saw Hatch go
down with a helmet ding he seemed to just suddenly get it and the offense responded
positively - so we came out with a nice road win."
"The fortunate thing was that if the competition had resumed in practice Jarrett might
have felt that freshman pressure again and lost his confidence ... but Andrew sat out
for the week as a medical precaution. After Jarrett threw for 3 TDs and 415 yards
against Mississippi State there was no quarterback controversy at LSU."

Can't believe you're making me ask, did we/will we win the national championship this year?
