Tua also had something to play for. They were undefeated.
Comparing the two isn’t fair.
Stingley shouldn’t come back to this dumpster fire after surgery when the combine is in 5 months. And I’m usually not a fan of players quitting on their team for the NFL.

Do you think a CB maybe have greater stress on his feet due to the responsibilities of the position than a QB?

I really don't think that you realize that there are many different types of surgeries performed on many different parts of the body. Not all have exactly the same recovery time and it has nothing to do with "chest". "no chest" is about the stupidest phrase that gets posted here

Tua had a procedure to help him recover from a sprained ankle faster.
Stingley had surgery to repair a lisfranc injury. They're not even close to the same.
