I think the last nail is already in the coffin. It's no secret that O has lost the ability to lead. The fan base has turned on him and it looks like the players have as well. At this point, if he went undefeated the rest of the season, I don't see how he is retained. There's way too much baggage that he has either brought or left in place. Either way, it's time for a change.

Everyone knows what happens next. Bad football is bad football. This decision has already been made and the search has already begun you can bet your arse on that. In fact the search started last season and the conversation with O happened in December when they took the bowl ban and discussed his performance and actions including the pictures being released, etc. Then we had this whole Cregg situation.
If you’ve had a job at any reputable company you know that you get performance reviews. There is what’s in the public and what was personal to only O and Scott.
