Willful destruction of private property like this should result in the person having to pay out of pocket for damages. I bet that would deter it more than any slap on the wrist the lady is going to get.

Attorney here. Can confirm intentional acts are not covered by policies. The lady, if they ID her, will have to pay out of pocket.

I was coming to say the same thing. The woman should have to pay out of pocket, if she can’t then they should sell her shite until she has enough cash to pay for it. Insurance shouldn’t have anything to do with fixing this.
