There was a limited workforce for this sector before the storm, and Ida's impact only exacerbated the problem. We are looking at 3-5x the workload, with about 25% of the workforce.

People are still paying for these services. IF they refuse to pay, they are taxed more, or eventually JAILED (which I know you love).
