This place is a nightmare and it isn't getting any better. Sadly, there are tons of people forced to leave because it's just getting too expensive. I walk by a few homes that are around 1400 sq/ft selling for $400k. THE frick?

Somehow, these hipster 20 year olds are comfortably living in these houses walking their dogs and jogging all day everyday.

they give nothing to charity,
they give nothing to the church
They give nothing to the poor and needy
they’re not saving a dime for retirement,
they’re not planning on having any kids and being fruitful in a marriage (because they both work, career over children)
you do those things and combined with how cheap money is and you can live in a pretty nice house on a pretty low salary

not hard at all for a working couple to afford a 400k house these days
