Well, the NBA players aren't employees of the NBA. They are employees of teams.
And first of all, it would depend on if the team has 100 "employees". (I imagine most have more depending on how they define "employee")
Second there is the added layer of Union/COntract/Collective Bargaining. That is going to be intersting.

Well yeah but I just assumed most teams hit 100 employees pretty easily.
