Wtf is going on at Oasis on Burbank?

Cars are parking on the shoulder of both sides of Burbank for about a 1 mile stretch, really making traffic wonderful for those leaving campus after the game.

Someone was killed recently leaving there due to the parking like this. I thought they put up signs saying no parking on the shoulder.

I went and watched LSU/Ole Miss football game there last year and it wasn't that crowded and was all white people.

I went for a game last year as well without incident seemed like a very family friendly environment, was shocked driving by last night when going home. People meandering all about, running across traffic and just going about business without a care in the world. Somebody is going to get killed because a patron will run across the street and be very hard to see.
