What an odd way to spin this post to try to defend the shite sandwich that is O's tenure.
O couldn't hold Les's jockstrap from a coaching perspective. He could never have a decade of sustained success, and Les obviously is no genius.

Aren't you at this point in time? I sure as hell am. Les had his faults, but overall he had his teams ready to play and intact coaching staffs that were well thought of defensively.
