Are there any restaurants open in NOLA

No dingus, I don’t know if you remember but a hurricane hit there last week. Probably still out of power.

There's a few places in the quarter open. I was gonna go scout them out at lunch time, but it was raining too hard.

Well, there you have it. Entergy says only 24% of Orleans is left without power, but Johnny3tears doesn't so none of the rest of us can discuss open dining establishments.

Sorry OP, looks like you'll have to wait for Johnny3tears to have power again.

After walking through the quarter between rain showers, very little is open. I noticed Mr. B's was open as was the Royal House and the Chart Room, but little else. The quarter is practically a ghost town. There's nothing but a handful of construction crews cleaning up damage, homeless folks, and drivers making deliveries. The quarter looks like it took this storm on the chin.
