You can afro engineer it but you might also blow yourself or your engine up. Just get a regulator, a hose,drill a hole in the air box and run the end of the line in there. Open up gas valve until you get 60hz.

Is that really all it is? A regulator shoving gas through the air intake?
The motorsnorkel thing, which looks like this is exactly what it's doing, says something about getting the hose far enough in to get past the choke?
Not sure I wanna codger this together myself. I got some mech skills but not enough.
