Why don’t you compare death rate per 100k for the winter wave and now?
I’ll wait.
He did that. Here you go:
quote:
At our height... Which was around the Jan 6th week, we had..at most.. 3,255 cases per day, but at was between 2,000 to 3,255 per day. When you track that to the deaths during that week, we had deaths from the 40s to 90s per day. As of now, we are having between 3,000 to 5,000 plus cases per day. Looking at the deaths, we are at the 20 - 30 range. Now, it's a little early in this current wave to say defenitively, but it appears so far that we are doubling the cases, and have between 50% to 75% less fatalities.

I see numbers. I don't know what exactly you're trying to convey.
Roughly 2 million people unvaccinated. About 1700 died from covid above 40yrs old.
More people die from the flu.
Also if those that positive were treated early on with a Ivermectin/ steroid/ anitbiotic protocol most of the deaths would not have occurred.

That's 12.8% of the population that has been infected, leaving 87.2% that has not had covid.
As an aside, I'm gonna point out that these are the reported numbers and they may be inaccurate. We cannot account for the infected population that is either asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic who don't seek healthcare or get tested.
It's possible that way more than 12.8% of people have been infected. And to me, that makes this whole thing alot less scary since we could have achieved a level of herd immunity by now.

That is not the comparison I described.
The exact numbers are on the CDC website.
I’ll grab them for you when I get back to my computer.

It is. You just don't like what the numbers are.

Here you go, idiot.
7-day death rate per 100k for the past 30 days in MS, averaged
1.646
7-day death rate per 100k for 30 days prior to the peak in deaths from the winter wave for MS, averaged
8.46

How people can look at that and think vaccines arent working is beyond comprehension of rational people.

So you just confirmed what he stated. LMAO!
Without a link... but Thank you.

Why are the starting the measurements at January 1st and reporting those figures to compare vax vs. unvaxed? It’s disingenuous to compare those time periods when most people didn’t get vaxed until later in 2021. So naturally the unvaxed figures would be greater in all comparison.

So what are you arguing, exactly?
First it was “interventions aren’t doing anything”.
But both me and your “friend” say deaths have plummeted despite cases being comparable.
Whats your point?

I don't see any problems with the figures at all. Point them out. I believe it is laid out clearly.

You attribute it to the vaccine, i do not.

That the vaccine can not be responsible for the decline in the rates because the math does not support it.
More cases.. less deaths.

That’s real cute. Literally making up an assumption and ignoring published literature.
This is why everyone makes fun of you. Y’all deserve everything you get.

Correct. There has to be a reason and when the population of vaccinated does not support that drop, the alternative is one of two things:
1- Not as deadly.
2- Natural immunity from having it. If this is the case, then the vaccine is not really effective at all

Then prove your work. Show me the math.

And he ran when he could not do the math.
Double the numbers... Less deaths (even per him) yet the population is not vaccinated to that degree at all. Nowhere near it
