Griffin must be one of rare GMs to extend a player while he has yet to prove anything in the regular season or in Playoffs I am not against the extension. Just that it's too fast
You’re comparing undrafted guys to someone who was drafted, apples to oranges. What do you recommend? Not signing Herb Jones?

not really, undrafted guys aren't really any different than 2nd round picks. neither are guaranteed to make the team, or ever get a contract.
