Sure 100 cal of low GI food is the same as 100 cal of high GI food when it comes to weight gain.

Now to insulin sensitivity and satiety.

If you drink 100 cal of soda you are going to be hungry in 30 min and drink more. Low GI foods keep you full longer.

The average American doesn’t have the knowledge to digest this type of article properly.

yeah while i am in the cult that things like sugar can affect your hormones in a way that affects weight (really fat), that's not the real point

satiation is the major point. carbs are absolute shite for satiation, and the more sugar you have, the worse it gets.

You're stating this as though it's not controversial. It is. Weight loss programs have been claiming the opposite for years, and it is widely believed.
