Hi AntiqueTiger, I have these likely 1980's Ray Ban Aviators that we inherited from in-laws. I can't seem to find much info on how to identify them. They have been sitting in storage for a long time, so I'm pretty sure they are legit, not fakes. Any thoughts on how to identify and price?

Holy shite, that nice!!!
I would say easily $1200-$1500, probably much, much more.

Those are RB aviators I believe. They look awfully light. There should be a number on the frame. Call RB helpline, I’m sure they can tell you exactly what they are
Edit-
Im not sure if they are from the 80’s because of the black leather bag. I believe RB’s came in tan flip open hard cases in the 80’s
Edit #2
They appear to be RB Aviator shooting glasses, that’s why they are not dark.

I wouldn’t say it’s too valuable, $25 max.

Yes, they are strangely "clear" for sunglasses. I don't see many like them in my google searches. I believe they are Aviators and further discussion has revealed they may be late as new as early 2000's. Just not sure. Not sure where to find info on old sunglasses. They are in very good condition.

If you didn’t see my edit above
They are RB Aviator shooting glasses. They are probably not from the 80’s because of the bag. They came in tan flip open boxes back then.

AntiqueTiger, any suggestions on where to sell old barbie dolls and how to price them? The in-laws just gave my wife their barbie collection to sell. Its about 80 of them ranging from '83 to '00. Most are unopened. The ones that were opened were only displayed in a curio cabinet then placed back in their boxes. I found barbiedb.com to verify the SKUs, but the price ranges there are way to wide to get a true idea.

I think my Wife still has the first 13 issues of Playboy Magazine; with Marilyn Monroe. Pretty good shape. Curious to know what that's worth.
TIA
Edit to 13 issues. She said the first was a December w Marilyn. Then the next years edition of 12.

AT, just saw this thread. Glad it got bumped.
Came across all five of the 1945 LSU home programs, all in basically mint condition. Any idea on what they're worth?
Always enjoy your threads. Keep 'em coming!

Try Barbie collector groups on FB; look for ones that have a large number of followers. You can also check Ebay for “sold” listings. (Located in advanced search).

Nothing says classy in the South like a Velvet Jesus with Elvis.

Hope you don't mind an outsiders' opinion...
I love gold tops. That year is popular and Gibson is reissuing 1968s now. The notoriety should help the price. If you were to sell it online, you'd probably get $10K for it. I'd bet it could get closer to $15K in the right music store.

I had it appraised at Gruhan 1997 and it appraised for 17.5K. But the market for this era of guitars is up and down like crazy.
