The Cardinals just gave up 4 RBI walks in a row (video)

Deserves its own thread IMO.
Cardinals had no runners on with 2 outs and gave up 6 runs.
1. Albies - Groundout 1-3
2. Soler - Flyout 8
3. Freeman - Single
4. Riley - HR to left **2 runs score, game tied 4-4**
5. Swanson - Ground Rule Double (*pitching change*: STL brings in Alex Reyes)
6. Duvall - HBP
7. Pederson - Walk
8. Adrianza - **RBI Walk**
9. Vogt - **RBI Walk**
10. Albies - **RBI Walk** (*pitching change*: STL brings in Justin Miller)
11. Soler - **RBI Walk**

The bullpen hasn't been able to throw the ball over the plate all year. The good news is most of the dead weight will be gone next year. I have no idea why Mozeliak thought any of these pitchers off the scrap heap would actually help.

Organizational management from top down has been dreadful in regards to pitching. They don’t even care about the walks honestly.

This plays into Mo'rons and BDw hands.
They can always say,"we were only 4 back at the end". And more of the same.
BDW needs to sell, i think he's bored. Not sure if many heard him tipping his hand 3 years ago, when saying all you have to do is get in. Not put out a good team, just be good enough to get 2nd wild card. Says a lot when your aiming for last wild card, not division.

So a Reyes comes in with bases loaded and after hits a batter, he walks 4 in a row? That’s on the coach. After the fist HBP and walk, he gone. Certainly after the 2nd walk.
