Didn't that BR hospital admin have to admit that only 43% of staff has taken the jab?

Seems there are a LOT of doctors and other medical professionals that are saying no to untested drugs.

The question I want answered is...if the virus can multiply enough to become contagious in vaccinated people, doesn't that mean it can mutate in vaccinated people as well?

And if that's true, why are we blaming the unvaccinated for the new mutations? It will mutate no matter if you are vaccinated or not correct?
