I think I would be pretty competitive in Judo in any weightclass except the +78 Kg.

Without any training beyond what you have right now? Just getting out of the recliner and competing.

Weightlifting would be the top weight class. Same for boxing.

So in the womens 87KG+ (192 lbs) weight category the winner had the following lifts:

140 KG snatch (308 lbs)
180 kg clean and jerk (396 lbs)

The womens 49kg class winner had the following:

103 snatch (227 lbs)
133 clean and jerk (293lbs)

No way your fat arse is getting off the couch and beating that.
Also the womens boxing winner would starch you in under a minute.

Just looked at women's olympic boxing page (first time for everything). The top weight for female boxers is "middleweight" which is 152-165.

So under the OP's criteria you'd be boxing 152-165 lb women. Probably still kick your arse but from a weight, strength, reach standpoint they might struggle against a large man with any sort of boxing background. Non-boxing/amateur man would have to knock them out though, because they'd be able to win on points in the third round when you are sucking wind.

I’m out of shape, but I’d have to choose boxing. I’d probably take some licks, but I could knock a bitch out with one punch.

Brag of your athletic prowess or “just a girl” disrespect?

My money on the women in all events.

Summer Olympics, nothing.

Winter Olympics, I could compete in curling. I would likely break my neck but I would give the luge an all out effort. I would be a valuable member of the bobsled team. I would be the one in the back that does the pushing and then jump in and let the girl drive.

Maybe shooting

Otherwise it would have to be beer drinking, peeing distance, sleeping, mowing, or sports trivia

I know none of these are events just saying I could hold my own if these were events

None of them, and I highly doubt anyone in this thread claiming they can could actually do it either.

Boxing. They have better cardio, but it wouldn't matter. Bully into corner, fight gets stopped
