The inconvenient truth of our justice system is that it is far too often influenced and determined by "financial privilege" over pretty much anything else.

I think the difference isn't the sentence, the difference is in the ability (or some would say willingness) to comply with it. The criminal justice system shouldn't be something we trap people in, with horseshite probation requirements and fines. It shouldn't be self-perpetuating.

Agree. Fines, probation, probation costs and mandated sentence related workshop/classes are a money grab within the plea agreement. They all know there is a high noncompliance rate leading to warrants. Crime literally pays.

"White Privilege" is nothing more than a dog whistle for "White Achievement".
White Achievement is something minorities and liberals do not discuss unless they are trying to claim credit for it.
They never try to claim anything that can be easily discredited. They have stolen Jack Daniel's achievement by now claiming a slave invented his formula. The distillery folded in fear of being canceled.
They started claiming several years ago that Crispus Attucks was black. "First person killed in the Revolution." They have made up a complete narrative. He was of "African and Native American descent".
There is absolutely no proof of his actual race or that he was the first person killed. They have completely fabricated his whole life in bits and pieces. Simply to glorify and pacify black people's need to be supreme. To say everyone owes them something.
It's like that silly movie claiming a black woman put us on the moon. Pure, 100%, unadulterated bullshite. White males put us on the moon. Mostly the same Nazis who built the German V2 rockets.
They claimed John Glenn wouldn't fly unless she checked the numbers. They claimed this because John and Annie Glenn were both dead. No one to actually verify their claims.
Here is an actual photograph of NASA scientists doing the calculations. Someone point out the black woman to me.

Also how do you know that your ancestors achieved what they achieved by being “better”? I promise you that there are people much smarter and better than you in the every way that have much less. Things don’t start on equal footing

I think some of it is legit
In groups of white people, there is tendency to NOT see a black person as the individual they are, rather they carry weight of all “black persons”. James as James or James “the black guy” for example. In same white company, I’m not aware of others referencing me as “the white guy” whereby I’m carrying weight of all white people. I’m able to be individual.
I’ve never been tailed in a store to put extra scrutiny on me, for my white skin, risk of me stealing. James the customer or James the black guy customer, carries different burden.
I’ve never been “the only” in a room or meeting say at work (black person, etc). Don’t know what that feels like. I have always been included in groups. Fully included. Don’t know what being excluded is like.
I’ve never felt scrutiny of my promotions at work, for my skin color. Do people get promoted because of skin color? Sure. Is it 100% of the time? Of course not.
I’ve never been at helipad waiting to fly offshore and asked if I was a cook (not the facilities engineer that person was).
I’ve never had lower expectations of me because of color of my skin, witnessing people set expectations differently than my peers who do not look like me.
I’ve never been inconvenienced by these things.

Lot of white boys died in the revolution, civil, and the two great wars. It was earned privilege.
