Any insight into how thst should effect our plans? I'd imagine that improves things in Breckenridge, but if it's not snowing heavily yet will Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park still be pretty accessible?

Probably. But it's going to be a coin flip on snow and you can get some big snows in fall at those elevations. The big advantage you have is the time window. You ought to be able to find some decent weather days.
