How does the GOP go about getting Hispanics to flip to them at about 60-40?

This is going to be the key to the future of conservatism. Going to need new faces and get rid of the old crony capitalists like Mcconnell.

Seeing the voting shift in southern TX and FL indicates that Hispanics are trending red.

Mexican-Americans need to become as reliable voters as Cubans are.

I love how the first two responses are "do nothing." Conservatives can't just sit on their hands and expect new blood to come into the party.

Have the other side keep doing what they're doing isn't proactive at all.

Its the most proactive thing that can be done

How many Hispanics do you converse with daily?

I mean the GOP needs to be the party of family, values, and low taxes. That will keep attracting the hispanics

None, but I don't live in the south where the majority of them are.

I didn't think this thread was about individuals either. Thought the OP was talking about overarching goals of the GOP to gain more voters with Hispanics.

Show them how the Dems are trying to push through the same policies/agenda that they are escaping from.

Also, when putting out the message always lean on the extremes.

Nobody said or even implied that we just sit on our hands. MAGA brought a lot of Hispanics into the fold. Keep doing MAGA.

You get it?

Rich Baris and Robert Barnes talk about this all the time.

The one thing you don't do is pander. Rich Baris pointed out in his polling that Mexican Americans are more opposed to illegal immigration than any other demographic. Do not think the path is to pander with DREAM act, amnesty, and open borders.

The path forward is a strong working class message. If the GOP tries to move forward with a suit and tie Mitt Romney style of Republican, that will not work.

Well then you have no idea what you are talking about

Let it play out and make sure the nominee is an Alpha Male. That's all that needs to be done

Won't work for most anyone else either.

Alex Castellanos and Guy Benson still subscribe to the notion if Mitt Romney was the nominee in 2020 he would have won. One of the two were saying how Mitt Romney would have won Virginia because he wouldn't have "scared" Virginia voters.

You know what scares Virginia voters? Greedy wall street venture capitalists.

So the line of thought that Mitt Romney style Republicans is the way to go is very prevalent still in GOP establishment circles.
