LSU fans "cringing" at Les Miles is retro-active re-writing history on steroids.
Les was, at minimum, acceptable.. and given the timing was consider a pretty good hire.
Then Les went and kicked arse his first couple years... 10-2 after 10-2 after 10-2 seasons.
LSU fans shite the bed and wrecked Les because LSU fans go fricking over the top with stupid shite like the Riverboat gambler and crazy Les and the "Hat".
Every fricking time. LSU fans have this appetite (pun intended) for trying to take shite extreme and prove to the world we're better than God's gift... it's fricking nauseating. Insecurity syndrome galore.
Put "e a u x" on everything... wooo look how fricking special we are. "Special" is right.

I respectfully disagree with this. All we knew about Les is that he upset OU a couple of times. His very first game, the comeback against Arizona, was typical Les b.s.-unorganized...etc

That is my recollection as well but I wasn't on TD yet so I didn't have a board full of football geniuses to guide me back then.
