Anyone got a lead on a welder in the New Orleans/north shore/da Parish area who could build a custom cargo carrier to fit in a 2 inch hitch?

There's a guy who posts here who runs a shop on the Northshore. Not sure what your timeline is like but most people are backed up right now.

Not sure on their pricing but I follow old south dog boxes on Facebook and they do some very nice work. They are located in Springfield not far from Hammond.

Check out Scott’s construction and welding in bogalusa. They usually are working larger jobs but should be able to do it if the schedule isn’t packed.
Another place to check out is walkers welding and fabrication in Franklinton. He’s more of a smaller operation and can do what you’re looking for.
