I don't think it is legal to ask that question as part of a job application.

The same way you can't ask if someone has had a heart attack, their tonsils removed, or if they are gay on a job application.

Andy you are correct; however, you can tell them that the company has a mandatory vaccine policy and give them the chance to respond to that statement.
