I am in the medical field, he is receiving care from a licensed doctor in the nursing home. There is no way Medicaid is paying for nursing home care without a Physician coordinating his care. You can bet that a neurologist has been consulted no matter what the mother or the “friend said. This is very sad situation, the little bit of money that was raised will never be close to what he requires.

This is straight from the evil monster. There is a Dr at the nursing home who sees Josh. He is not a specialist of someone in Joshs condition. Would you want your primary care Dr treating you or your loved one in this condition? He never seen a neurologist after leaving the hospital. Everything is based off of him being seen in 2018 but his condition changed and improved after being seen. He wasn't able to follow commands when he was in the hospital but about a month after leaving he started to. The money that was raised is enough for him to receive at least a couple months of treatment and there are thousands of people ready to provide more so he can have a chance.
