Doctors can't order you to not travel. He's full of shite. Does he sit on his arse about 2 hours per day, if not more? Then he can be driven to his job at the capitol.

I don't care if he needs a wheelchair or even a full blown hospital bed and a medical transport van has to be hired to drive him in.
