It doesn't even address the 2 issues they are trying to address. They're taking the claims to mean something that they don't mean...obviously on purpose to convolute.
1. Doesn't say anything about early votes. The claim is that there are more MAILED INS than MAILED OUTS
2. Doesn't have anything to do with the actually bleeding or processing. The bleeding simply is am indicator of a fake ballot.
