Gyms lack neck machines as we all know. Im looking for a few ideas on building your neck. I saw a few on youtube involving laying on a bench and using a plate. Ive also invested on the thing that sits on your head with the chain. As I get older, my neck is sagging and developing lines. Please help

Look up what the F1 guys are doing. They focus on the neck a lot.

The movements I like best have come from doing yoga. I have found a lot of ways to work the neck from a headstand position. I'm comfortable there, but you can also do a lot from a bridge or downward dog position. If you do it enough, you can get a good feel for the angles and you can build up really good strength because your own body weight provides plenty of resistance.
Static stretching is also helpful.
