I imagine the there are many Democrats that are quietly supporting this. If anything else, Trump should be able to nail all of them on the inconsistent administering of their guidelines.

Agree.
The inconsistency and uneven application of any corporate policy, will always work against a defendant in litigation.
Nobody believes anyone who speaks out of both sides of their mouths.
FWiW the deviation from safeguards against Fraud and the failure of local Gvts to follow their own rules, are the main reasons I firmly believe there was election fraud. If you’re lying about following your own rules, what the hell else are you lying about.

A bunch of whiny arse crybabies. And what about when Chicken bans someone on this site? Should I sue him? Whether it's the president or Joe Schmo these sites are not publicly owned and the people who do own them can run them as they see fit.

People on this board really don't want to admit but they know for a fact that his legal team after the election was a complete clown show and a train wreck of a disaster.

I have no faith in the Judicial system to allow it, they'll probably cite some type of national security issue, but I can only imagine in my head what the Discovery phase would look like in this trial. The amount of corruption and coercion would make Venezuela look like New Zealand.
