There is a reason Gen Z has such a high rate of suicide, depression, anxiety, and general mental illness.

And that isn’t just because they are “more open” and able to talk about it easier than the previous generations.

These are higher rates of hospitalizations, suicide attempts and successes.

My general medical viewpoint is that no one should allow their kids to use any form of social media until college and phones, given at age 16 when they can drive, should have only the ability to make phone calls and send/receive texts.
