Welp, i guess with android app support the move to linux kernel is immanent. I wonder how much linux is in this Win11?

I would assume the linux/android apps are sandboxed into a virtual machine. They already support that on Windows 10. It is a natural progression

Windows greatest feature is backwards compatibility with business apps. They wont be breaking that any time soon.

Looks like Windows 11, will be using WSL(2) for supporting Linux and Intel Bridge for natively supporting Android.

Big news is that WSL will finally support running graphical Linux apps directly in Windows.
