May try to start drinking electrolytic drinks along with water to see if it helps.


you absolutely need to add a sports drink to what you're hydrating with. water will not replace all that salt you are sweating out.

Well good thing I have an unhealthy obsession with Pedialyte, so that shouldn't be a problem
