That is contrary to everything I've read. La. is static. Outbounds and Inbounds are low. That's why the pop is flat line.
Nevada is extremely outbound and it's not on the list. It has an equal inbound so it is No. 1 in 'non birth residents.'

It's FAKE shite stats like this that makes MSM dead!
