Plus if just one of those goes pow....it will be super easy to know where it came from, What plant created the fissile material and damn near on what day it was made.
There is no hiding the isotopes and it's properties ever. Hell we even have the tech to tell where each nuke is in it's silo and where it was made from.

I put the CIA stuff in there as an after thought. Who really cares? China fought us on the ground in North Korea. They are our enemy. We are supporting our friend. Get over it or get on with it. Enough of this "intrigue". Invade Taiwan or don't. You've already crushed Hong Kong
