Same general area. Va Highlands, Druid Hills, Edgewood, and I think he's even looked at a few houses closer to Decatur. He's not really wanting to move because he loves his current location, and he never even listed his house when he got offers on it.

Is the only Eastside neighborhood I wouldn’t live in. Has no Beltline and the crime by Edgewood Court Apartments (huge section 8 development) terrorizing the whole neighborhood. You would have to be a fricking moron to sell in Virginia Highland and buy in Edgewood. That’s a huge backwards step.
