A legal contract signed by both spouses agreeing to do or not do certain things. It's supposed to strengthen the marriage. But in this case, the estranged wife regretted signing it and plotted a way to get out of it and NOT keep her promises.

Would say prosecute mom if she didn’t have a child.
Even producing fake material like that is a crime.

Next time the OT talks about killing pedophiles, remember that there are more wrongful convictions in those kinds of cases than all others combined.
Thankfully a thorough investigation proved that she was lying but not before his reputation was temporarily ruined.

If I attempted to sue everybody that has said something bad, negative or defamatory, I'd be in Court the rest of my life. I chose to sue the people responsible for causing and creating my unlawful arrests and malicious prosecution.

In my case, the prosecutor's "expert" was a cop and actually helped prove my innocence by his sworn testimony! He admitted the Thumbnail image "could be fake." But he waited until my trial to make the admission. If he'd stated that years earlier, there wouldn't have been a trial.

As a lawyer, I can attest to that fact. UNFORTUNATELY some women do abuse the legal system to get revenge or an unfair advantage during divorce and or child custody proceedings.
