These tires don't wear like those in Cup, but it is still a definite advantage.
I think they said they were scuffs with 39 laps on them, but that’s still way less than the other cars had on their tires going into the feature. So he has an advantage.

I missed that. Good to know.
Figured Smoke and Evernham would be smart enough to think of tires on backup cars. Other than swapping it will be difficult to get them 100% equal.
