Because he is scared of what the Russian media will ask I bet. He only answers 100% scripted questions from the Enemy of the People US Media

sad but true. Russia won’t toss him softballs. Now he just avoids dealing with them all together to prevent embarrassment. Biden meanwhile wants everyone to think he’s being “tough”.

Ding! Ding! Thinking it through don't even let Kamala on that stage with Putin or Xi. Blinkin has already groveled in front of Zhao Lijian and the CCP, so that spineless pussy can't go up there either. The only person in Biden's administration I might could trust just not completely embarrassing us is Susan Rice, and even that's a gamble.
