Foreigners hate a strong America... shocking.

It was probably mostly European, Canadian, Australian, etc. Many of which were probably college age. That’s generally how a lot of these polls work. A huge flaw is that mostly people with the strongest opinions are the ones that will respond. And many non-American westerners that are highly political don’t like the US’s politics.
