I assume, and it's pure speculation on my part, that in that state, a certain amount of ballots were printed with these being off. Then distributed to state wide.
It could be 2 things:
1- It was a printer error and they better lawyer up
2- Somebody copied these with the intent to throw the election
With malice intent or not, it has changed the outcome of the race in that state (Mi in this case)
We are to that point with released details.

The possibility that I was considering was that the intentional error on the ballots would reject those ballots and then allow those ballots to be adjudicated and could all be given to Biden.
The hand count should pick up that discrepancy if that was the case.

I'm not sure this is true. Normally a file is given to the printer and that is what is printed. Most likely the frickery comes from a paid public servant. Can we still say servant, or is it racist?
