This is how South Florida recruiting works, but I doubt that will be why he doesn't sign with LSU

I heard one of the corners might flip and i know its not welch and scott seems to love lsu.
The school is supposedly clemson.

I heard mentioned on the Geaux247 podcast that Scott didn’t impress the way a few other corners did. Might be similar to the Taylor situation where his in person camp didn’t match his film so we’re cooling.
