Hopefully they go outside the Brigade for the 15-6. Lot of Soldiers are getting nailed for political posts (mostly right wing). It should swing both ways.

What will probably happen? No 15-6. Likely commander's inquiry and he gets a slap on the wrist and told to stop it.

Why anyone would join the military now is beyond me. Those in... get out and enjoy freedom before it all goes away

The only person in the brigade who outranks him is the Brigade Commander so it has to.

Probably a commanders inquiry from an O6 / O5 p on the division staff or from a tenant unit and then if it warrants a 15-6 that would come from III Corps.

I agree with this. Commander's Inquiry only. No AR 15-6 informal investigation. Oral Counseling for the Officer. None of this behavior to be reflected on the LTC's OER. There will be no referred OER for this LTC. The LTC will continue in command.

Nobody in his chain of command will take the risk of doing anything more severe, for fear of harming their OWN military career.

He said that white people are a part of the problem, and now, he has erased his presence on social media.

I am inclined to believe that his Chain of Command considers this matter to be closed.

That's my 2 cents.
