On the waiting list for a roll off dumpster.

There are 42 people ahead of me on the waiting list, and people have been waiting since March. I'm putting this here because I view it as political because ever since Biden took office all construction materials and projects have just skyrocketed.

I don't know where you're at, but I've used Bin There Dump That twice and always got great service. Decent price, delivered on time, and picked up on time. Give them a try and you might get lucky.

This is 100% the design of his handlers. While they fill twittersphere and Facebook up with BS about Build Back Better and "infrastructure," they are pursuing a degrowth economic strategy.
The elite on the Left fundamentally believe the middle class in this country has it too good, doesn't deserve what it has ("you didn't build that"), and drives climate change evils like no other group on earth. Add to that the majority of the middle class is racist, sexist, and we don't want Trannies peeing next to our 7 yo girls.
So, "middle class life" will become out of reach for more and more Americans - by design.

Speaking of construction materials — guy this am told me that they cypress he used to buy at about $15 per “whatever amount” (he didn’t specify) is now $56 for that same amount. Sheesh.
Said he’s about to quit his retirement hobby as people won’t/can’t pay for his items. Hate to hear that as 1) he’s great at what he does and 2) it can’t be good to go from active to not.

These material price increases and inflation will put the brakes on many residential and commercial developments.
I would hope the market will settle and prices will come back down but they never seem to go back down once they go up (and certainly not as fast even if they do).
We are also no longer energy independent and buying foreign oil as this administration demonizes the oil, gas, and chemical industries. Additionally trying to transition to more expensive alternative energy sources.
What a mess.
