Not kidding, about 3 hours ago, I was going to the store, and there's a black family that live in a mobile home down the road from us, it's a rural area. The woman was out at her car by herself, with the hood up and was doing something. Her husband drives a log truck and was at work, so I stopped to see if she needed help. Her battery was dead and she was trying to get it out, and didn't have anything but a pair of pliers. I got the battery out for her, and she said her friend was coming to take her to get a new one. I had never really met her before, but I left the wrenches that I needed there, and I told her that I would stop back by and help her on my way back home from the store. When I came back though, her husband was already home and he had put the new battery in and he thanked me and gave me back my wrenches.

Then I get home and put up the groceries and sat down here at the computer, and this is the first thread I see. It makes me wonder, since I have a pretty thick southern accent, if those folks met me under different circumstances, would they jump to the conclusion that I'm a mean ol' white racist supremacist?
